Hi, I'm Libby, the person behind all you can be psychology.

I help my clients create positive change in their lives. Using my expertise in cognitive behaviour therapy and positive psychology, I will support, encourage – and sometimes challenge – you to take steps towards living in a way that is more rewarding and enjoyable.

If you have personal difficulties that are causing you emotional distress and you can't resolve them alone, then counselling might be for you.

If you are relatively happy with your life but would like to fine-tune or develop new skills to help you with a challenge or change, then personal development coaching is a great way of getting where you want to go quickly.

I don't have a magic wand and there's no rulebook. Different things work for different people, so I work with clients to develop a personalised strategy for success, whether it be through coaching, counselling or training. As you make tangible progress towards a life that is satisfying and rewarding, I'll be encouraging you every step of the way!

Most people tend to get through their difficulties without help. This strategy often works, but it can take a long time to see positive change. I can help you work though things much more quickly so you can get on with being all you can be.
